This is the first ceramic knife I have owned, but I have heard lots of good things. The first thing you notice is how light this knife is, if you like heft this knife is not for you.
The knife is extremely sharp and extremely easy to clean.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because they tell you not to cut cheese with the knife. I guess cutting cheese can cause too much flex and you risk breaking the blade.
I like this knife so much I am thinking of adding a larger version to my collection.

This knife is very comfortable in the hand and performs marvelously. For me this knife is far superior to the traditional steel designed paring knife. In fact, I never use my German-made traditional knife which rests next to the Revolution. Also, the ceramic is very easy to clean and stays a bright white. The only unanswered question about the Revolution is how long will it stay at its present level of sharpness, which is extreme. If it stays as sharp as it is now for a year–this is a bargain knife which I will purchase again. If it does not, I will have to rethink its value.
